Spotlight Awards Presented at Prospect Surgery
Jayne put forward Carla Stone, Janette Osborne and Michaela Dowdall in recognition of their outstanding dedication, hard work and commitment to the practice and its patients.
Carla Stone was recognised for her exceptional ability to improve efficiency within the administrative and reception teams. Her innovative systems, proactive problem‑solving and constant support for colleagues have made a significant impact on the smooth running of the practice.
Janette Osborne received her award in appreciation of more than 20 years of devoted service as a Health Care Assistant. Throughout her long career at the practice, Janette has consistently prioritised patient care and wellbeing, providing high‑quality clinical support and demonstrating unwavering professionalism.
Michaela Dowdall was celebrated for developing new systems and taking a leading role in safeguarding, all while balancing her responsibilities in both reception and administration. Her initiative and dedication have strengthened processes across the practice and contributed to a safer, more efficient environment.
