Since joining the practice in 2018, Carla Stone has progressed from receptionist to administrator, secretary, and now Reception Supervisor. Throughout her journey, Carla has transformed the way our administrative and reception teams work by introducing improved communication and tracking systems that ensure nothing is missed and everything runs efficiently.

Carla is known for her solution‑focused mindset, particularly when it comes to digital processes. She has worked closely with our website developers to enhance user experience and also manages our Facebook page, keeping patients informed with timely updates and helpful news.

Beyond her leadership role, Carla actively supports day‑to‑day operations. She monitors workload, redistributes tasks when needed, and steps in herself during busy periods. Her oversight of phone systems ensures patients receive prompt, attentive service—even if it means answering calls personally.

Carla is truly a pivotal member of our team. Her dedication, initiative, and commitment to smooth, patient‑centred operations make her an invaluable asset to the practice. We are delighted to recognise her with this Spotlight Award.
