    During September 2017 we visited 41 GP Practices across South Tees.We provided them with our new contact details and information leaflets, anticipating that this information would be displayed throughout every practice in the area.

    We received a number of comments and concerns from the public regarding domiciliary care provision at an event. We responded to this by carrying out further work to gather feedback of domiciliary care services to identify if they were meeting needs.

    This report seeks to evaluate patient and public awareness of urgent care and out of hours services within South Tees and to determine if people are aware of alternative pathways available to them.

    Stroke rehabilitation was highlighted as a priority area for South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group through its IMProVE programme (Integrated Management and Proactive Care for the Vulnerable and Elderly).

    We carried out engagement activities with people living with dementia and their carers to gather their views and experiences.

    We met with the Health Visiting and School Nursing Service Manager and the School Nursing Professional Lead to discuss the best ways of involving young people in the development of the School Nursing Service.

    We met with Tees Valley Public Health Services and agreed that we would gather views of young people on current sexual health services, if there were any barriers to them using sexual health services and how they would like services to be delivered.

    We held our annual event on Thursday 7 July 2016 at Redcar & Cleveland Leisure and Community Heart, presenting our annual report and gathering opinions from members of the public.

    We received intelligence suggesting that there was an issue with the appointment system at Woodside Surgery. Following on from this we carried out engagement work to see if other people had similar experiences.
