Ruth works as a Volunteering Academy Development Officer engaging with local communities and the voluntary sector every day.

Support time Recovery (STR) workers provide practical support, advice, and guidance to individuals with mental health challenges and/or learning disabilities and who are currently in hospital.

Engaging and communicating with communities who would otherwise be unheard
