Looking after someone else? Don’t forget yourself, too! Dementia Action Week 19 – 23 May
We will be out and about on Monday, 19 May 10 - 1 at Morrisons in Redcar. Sharing information for anyone living with dementia and those caring for someone, even if you don’t think of yourself as a ‘carer’. It’s so important to look after your health and wellbeing too.
