Redcar and Cleveland Council have commissioned Healthwatch to evaluate their Adult Social Care Services. This is our first report, we looked at the letters sent to people who use Adult Social Care, for the purposes of the report who spoke to groups of people and completed an online survey.
This report highlights all of the work we have carried out so far.
It includes feedback from our menopause event, responses from consultation surveys and identifies improvements to support services that are required locally which would improve experiences.
Tees Valley Youthwatch were asked to provide feedback on a Document that was produced by Healthwatch Middlesbrough and Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland, called “I need to see a Doctor!”
It was with absolute delight, to discover HWST had been nominated for the Public Sector Award, presented by Idrees Rashid, at Tees Valley BME Achievement Awards 2023.
Tees Valley Buddies are passionate about building a neurodivergent community to allow for Autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent people across tees valley to be able to have a sense of belonging and authentically be themselves.
