Would you like to have a say on how South Tees NHS Foundation Trust involves patients in developing and improving their services?
In February we held 3 workshops to co-produce the South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Patient Involvement Strategy. The next step in this piece of work is to produce promotional leaflets to raise awareness of the strategy to patients, communities and staff and we need your help.
We are holding an additional workshop so you can tell us what information and key messages need to be included in this leaflet in order to continue with our co-production approach.

VENUE: The Live Well Centre (training room 1, floor 3), Dundas Shopping Centre, Dundas St, Middlesbrough TS1 1HR
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
If you are able to attend, can you let us know by completing the register here button. There is parking available underneath the Centre in the Dundas car park, which can be accessed off Wilson Street which we will reimburse on the production or a photo of your parking ticket.
