GP Surgery Feedback: Woodside Surgery, Loftus

We received intelligence suggesting that there was an issue with the appointment system at Woodside Surgery. Following on from this we carried out engagement work to see if other people had similar experiences.

Summary

The main areas of concern raised by patients were:

  • Appointments
  • Staff Attitude
  • Services and equipment available within the surgery

We collated the information received and forwarded it to the Practice Manager, Tracey Abbott at Woodside Surgery, Loftus and requested an opportunity to discuss the issues in greater detail.

We received an immediate response from the Surgery and Healthwatch Staff and Board Members met with the Practice Manager.
