Mental Health Week is 18 – 22 May 2020. We recognise these are very difficult times, but amazingly, we have seen so many acts of kindness and support that have made a huge difference to people’s lives during lockdown.

Until now, only health and care professionals and local authorities were able to refer you into the scheme, which enables volunteers to support vulnerable people with shopping, medication collection, patient transport and NHS transport.
